BEDNARIK offers pens and refills available for purchase on our website. All products and services are available internationally, with shipments originating from our warehouse in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Shipping & Delivery

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The pen must remain unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this case, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
